Milestones of the first year in an baby’s life come and go so quickly!  Rolling over, sitting up, crawling, standing, and taking first steps are moments to save and regretfully I am not always sure I did.  Looking back, I wished I had taken even more photos!  Yes, I did take many many photos.  However, looking at my 9 year old now and seeing no resemblance of the 9 months old that once was makes me feel remiss.  My best advice, photograph your baby every 2-4 months, to commemorate each and every baby milestone.  It really helps those triumphant accomplishments a baby achieves last a lifetime.

Around nine months, this little one went from crawling to beginning to stand, eager to be toddling after her older siblings.  In this very short session we were able to catch a glimpse of her curiosity for more, her drive for keeping on the move.  I felt particularly pleased that Nana and Papa were nearby to inspire this little one to stand on her own two feet, and smile!
