From the very beginning, it is important to me to get to know your kids, and your family. Submit an inquiry and share your goals , vision, and timeline!

Pre session call
We will talk through your vision & session goals, pick a date, and begin to plan! With my complete Camera Ready Guide, I'll take the stress away making your session a fun family outing.
STEP 03
Picture time
In the last 60-90 sun soaked minutes of the day, we will move through an active + playful evening as I capture an authentic view of each personality and the unique bond shared. There will be no timer set...and we will ensure to capture a full collection of portrait + candid images that truly reflect the story written from your heart...with a little luck we may even be able to end with my signature family silhouette!

01. what is your editing style?
We carefully hand-edit all photographs in our signature AB style offering a simplistic approach to bring forward a deeper warmth and isolate the pure emotion. The final collection of images leaves our families lost in the beautiful moments of the past, reliving the soulful eyes and joyful smiles or their young, and able to preserve a visual canvas of the story that they shared in the most natural true to life -to-the-eye edit.
02. Do you have location recommendations?
Yes, please inquire if you do not know where to start and I can share a selection of locations that are my FAVORITES!
03. Do you offer Minisessions?
Creating authentic portraits takes time, for this reason I do not offer mini session with the goal of treating something that you will truly treasure. However, please inquire if you are an extended family or friend group and sometimes that creates the same fun environment.
04. What should we wear?
Choose a coordinated color palette of 2 to 4 shades rather than matching outfits, and wear clothes that fit well and feel like you, avoiding large logos and busy patterns. In New England, plan for the season: layers for unpredictable spring weather, breathable fabrics in summer, warm neutrals and deep tones against fall foliage, and cozy layers with hats and gloves in winter. Check the forecast a couple of days ahead, iron your outfits the night before, and bring a backup outfit. If you're unsure, send me photos of your options and I'll be happy to help.
